Can you recommend some good shoes for 8 - 10 hour shift jobs?

I work between two jobs standing up all day, As soon as I get off from my one job, I go straight to the other without letting my feet rest.

One of my biggest issues right now is I have a cheap pair of $20 walmart shoes with insoles in them.

I have a couple hundred saved up and would like to buy a nice pair of shoes. Any recommendations? I'm a cashier, so I don't get to move around a whole lot through out the day.
