Lyft Plate not Matching and different driver?

First off I've ridden Lyft and Uber for years now (to work and back) with no issue. Today at 11PM (Friday) coming back from the airport I had a really shady experience. A Lyft driver pulls up with similar make/model calling out my name in the area matching GPS location. Except the license plate doesn't match and the driver inside doesn't look like their image. Maybe it's all coincidence since it's the airport but I didn't see the car with the plate shown in the app anywhere nearby. The car also left without picking anyone up. I ended up taking another car home.

a) Should this be reported somewhere?

b) Is reporting anonymous? Since I was going toward home I don't want the driver to know who reported him

c) How do I report a driver who cancelled a ride (since I didn't go onto the car). I don't see it in my trip history.

PS: I had a really great experience with my Lyft driver on my way to the airport on the other side. :)
