Does anyone know the engine(/compiler?) LAB -Still Alive- and FOBS (Forest of the Blue Skin) uses?

I was hoping I could get some help on finding the name of this. Both of them have the menu bar at the top, both have "W/A/D/X" for the buttons (as well as "Shift" and "Control" for triggers/bumpers), and an easy controller setup. Anyone know the name of the engine?
