[EVENT] We are surrounded by enemies, men of Denmark take up arms against our foes!

Hans underestimated the willingness of the Kings of Europe to intervene in the cold inhospitable wasteland known as Sweden, but he was wrong. An uprising began in Norway, Sweden assembled allies from across the globe, and Denmark's stalwart ally of Muscovy was occupied with Poland.

We need more men. Much of the traitorous elements of the Danish government have been purged by Christian II, so those who remain must be willing to provide men for the coming war. Christian III of Schleswig-Holstein must remember the favor we did him when we began that disastrous war against Dithmarschen, Henrich Krummedridge must remember the favor we did him when we put Norway into his hands, and all of the nobles must remember the punishment for treachery enacted only a few short months ago. These nobles will defend their lands for the Crown and Country, or they will perish as the enemies of Denmark march across their lands.
