Could aria and wren be cousins?

I recently watched a theory about Aria and Wren being cousins. Could that be possible? Some stuff does fit....

• Wren said his dad had mental issues, and Byron's brother had mental issues
• Aria and Wren hardly had any scenes together and the one moment that she actually briefly saw him, she looked like she knew him, possibly
• Marlene said that "AD has a soft spot for Aria". A lot of people took this to mean that Ezra was AD, but, if Wren and Aria are cousins, maybe he takes some pity on her?
• Marlene did say that the love scorn of a man is much worse. Again, some took this to mean Ezra, but maybe it was in relation to Wren and Spencer? Spencer denied Wren SO MANY times!!! That would explain that comment. (Yes, I know that Sasha said the comment about "have some board shorts ale" but who knows....
