Begging for the ability to purchase an exact number of Rubies. Or at least sell a bundle of Rubies that includes the exact number of Rubies needed for a character.

Characters are 400 or 600 rubies. Bundles in that range are 500 or 1000 rubies. No matter what you have to overspend. I know a lot of games do this but it's annoying as heck. I want to play Aisling, my most played character since the early Alpha stages. I haven't played in a bit and want to instantly buy her. Nope, I have to spend $10 to buy a $6 hero.
