Severe input lag on Tomb of Sargeras

Our raid cleared up to heroic Sisters last night. Started on Maiden today but whenever she did her infusion about 70% of our raid started having huge input latency issues.

We tried removing addons, weakauras and many other things. Ended up calling the raid.

Did anyone else encounter this issue?
