Help Deciding Between These Two Builds

Hey community, can I get your input on the below builds? The macbook will be for personal use and replace my desktop as it gets older (currently at 3 years old). I do not plan on doing any intensive tasks, but would like to future-proof it as I anticipate keeping it around 3-5 years. My goal would be to push two 4k monitors smoothly. I prefer the 13inch form factor, but for around $400 USD you get a larger screen, better speakers, quad-core cpu, and discrete graphics. That seems to be pretty cheap for all those upgrades in terms of Apple pricing.
