Any affordable places to stay for Music Midtown?

Some friends and I are planning to attend Music Midtown this September. Loving the lineup! We are driving from Nashville. Only finding super expensive hotels and AirBNB's right now - any recommendations from locals on cheaper lodging for the festival? Thanks!
