Will my PC be able to run BL 2?

The game is currently on 78% off (GOTY ed) and if it will play smoothly on my PC I might buy it.

I have HP pavilion 15-e016tx, Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit).

intel(R) Core(TM) i5- 3230M CPU @2.60 GHz and 4 GB ram

GPU- Radeon HD 8670M 2GB graphics card.
