Poloniex wasted my funds

My last transaction was yesterday and I bought 6700+ GNT on poloniex, only to login and see different transaction that I did not order reducing my cryptocurrencies from 2.0btc to 0.179btc. Please has anyone encountered this kind of thing before? I am frustrated here. Please help.
