AoM:EE / AoE2 wont start help

Hello everyone I bought and downloaded the game on steam and it wont start . When I try to run it on steam , it says game is launching and instantly stops . When I try to run it on folder it said that I lack some dll files . So I downloaded them and put them into my 64bit folder but now It gives me this error ' 0xc000007b ' . I also downloaded Age of Empires II and Age of Empires III aswell . Only AoE3 starts . ( AoM2 gives the same error ) . I use Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit
