Someone leaving the match shouldn't cause the now 5 man team to take a hit to their SR.

I don't know if I'm in the minority, but someone leaving the match shouldn't have the lesser manned team lose SR. It's unfair that someone else quits or DCs and then that team is usually immediately crushed.

The winning team should still get their win and SE, but the 5 man team shouldn't lose ranking just because they chose to stay in fight instead of also just quitting.
