[Q] How to save data

I've spent so much time and energy into this game and my iPad is going to be wiped in a couple of days. There is currently no option that'll let me save my progress since I was messing around with the age thinking that it didn't matter. Is there anything I can do to save my progress?

(It dies have the Game Center come up before the game loads but in the settings it says Game Center is unavailable. It doesn't let me have the option of Facebook)
