What's about Chinese Boosting Strategy on 3v3?

Hello, i just wanted to know if Chinese Boosting Strategy will work on 3v3? Thats pretty good with the meta of support meta, how does it work? Support : Kayle, Healing mastery, maxing W first, build: Ardent Censer, CDR boots, Knight's Vow, Zeke's Harbinger, rest situational Carry: Master Yi, Fervor mastery, maxing Q or E first, build: AS jungle item, BOTRK, Guinsoo, boots, Spirit Visage, situational item

What do you think about that on 3v3? To me looks pretty broken for duo premades to climb up, but i dont know how it will work in practice, im just starting my adventures with 3v3 rankeds, any thoughts about it?
