is this German website (for shoes!) legitimate?

fioev.de - I wanted to buy shoes and saw this site. It looks a bit too good to be true. I was wondering if anybody who is more familiar with Germany could tell me if this site is legitimate. My impression of Germany and Germans is that they are exceedingly honest... but... what do you think? Thank you so much!
