Do antidepressants/anti anxiety meds stop working after a while

Medication

Hi. I'm 32 and have been on the same exact medication and dosage since I was 18. (That's almost 14 years). I take 100mg of Fluvoxamine(Luvox) which is not commonly prescribed anymore as it's an older medication and my first psychiatrist who prescribed it was 80 years old. I never had side effects starting it, I titrated up to a baseline dosage of 100mg and have found overall that it's helped my anxiety and depression a lot over the years. I also take Ativan .5mg as needed.

I still have experienced anxiety, panic attack and episodes of depression over the years but they've always been triggered by situations(a break up, loss of a job, etc). Lately, and while I have experienced a lot of stress(so much stress I even developed eczema that three doctors believe is largely triggered by my emotional stress) I believe my anti depressants aren't working anymore. I've been more tearful, sad, anxious and insecure recently. I feel almost constant anxiety at work to the point that I can't eat most days and I question every move I make. I feel constant anxiety with my significant other and I'm overall just more depressed and I have to fight off the constant urges to self harm or think about suicide.

I guess what I'm wondering is, does anyone on here know if after a certain amount of time an anti anxiety med stops working and is anyone here on Luvox?
