CMS that is friendly to end users

Basically the title. I've been making websites mostly using Wordpress, but I've had some clients that get intimidated by it and end up outsourcing content updates. I guess I can't complain too much about the extra work but I think it would be nice to offer a simple CMS alternative to non tech-savy users.

In addition I feel like Wordpress can sometimes feel a bit too bloated on smaller websites, so if I can find something to set those up on instead that would be great.

If you guys have any suggestions these are what I'm looking for in order of priority:

1. Ease of use for clients - Intuitive, not confusing interface, hopefully something they can figure out in a couple minutes

2. Easy to theme

3. White-labeled - Not the most important thing but if I could brand the CMS using my own logos and stuff that would a big plus.
