[Suggestion] Removing weakest gym defender for new pokemon - Reinforcing

Good morning Travelers,

After this morning's walk/gym placement, I had an idea to help the current gym situation. Currently, if your own team controls a gym, your only option is to feed berries to everyone there. I found a couple of gyms where there was multiple near zero motivation defenders. My idea, what if we could reinforce the gym. The first defender with near zero motivation (when their CP is highlighted in red) can be returned to their owners and you can put in a new pokemon following normal gym rules.

The benefits I see from this idea is that it would save your team's revives/potions because they haven't fainted and it would allow them to get their pokemon quicker. The downside is that I could see this in making gyms stay one color for longer.

Thoughts?
