Eeveelution moveset help

I have a question. I plan on raising a few different Eevees (Jolteon, Vapareon, Umbreon) and was wondering if the moveset Eevee has will determine the move set of the Eeveelution?

For example does swift become thunderbolt or thunder that sort of thing.

Tried googling but couldn't find anything.
