Different hotbar shapes for different classes while still maintaining keybinds

Is this possible to do without constantly having to either change the shape of my hotbar or rebinding keys to different hotbars (I was gonna try using Hotbar 4 for 1 class and 5 for the other, but the keybinds don't carry over either)
