Raised bed near trees

My house is surrounded by trees, I cut back leaves in a section that actually gets decent sun so I want to put a raised bed there. I'm worried that the roots from the trees will eventually take over by bed... is that a legitimate concern or should I not worry about it? If so, how can I keep the bed in that spot and not get invaded by tree roots. I added a picture of my planned bed for perspective raised bed near trees
