Please Recommend Me Games with Good Stories

With the advent of the steam sales I would like to pick up good singleplayer games for my girlfriend and I to play together.

I enjoyed Bioshock, SOMA, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, to name a few.

I am also playing PREY at the moment and enjoying it.

Any other recommendations? Thanks!
