Debt Consolidation Loan

Hello All! I'm looking to inquire about a Debt Consolidation Loan with Navy Federal CU. My current debt is $5,470 including collection of $160. Talking to a representative, they said I could do some debt at a time to apply or do it all at the same time. My FICO score is 520. How should I go about applying for the loan? Also, any recommendations on places for Debt Consolidation with my FICO score? Thank you in advance!
