Considering buying a 2004 Xterra 4x4 with 189000 miles on chassis and 50000 on rebuilt motor for $2800.

The guy selling it claims his grandmother owned it before him and her husband got all the work done on it. He has no paperwork. He's only had it for 2 weeks. He says he thinks it was regularly maintained.
