[TOMT] [SHORT STORY] A short story from the Ney Yorker

I am trying to find a certain short story that was published in the New Yorker somewhere between 2010-2014 probably. It is a story about a family that has a dog and then the dog runs away, becomes part of a show. At the show the family recognizes the dog and they are reunited. It bears a striking resemblance to Chekhov's "Kashtanka". Thanks in advance to anyone who can find it!
