Only Gatting Paid Half

Hey I'm new to nicehash was recommended by a friend. I started mining last weekwith cpu and gpu (using the 1070 in my gaming rig) and I was originally making 5.5-6 usd per day. Now I'm only making about 2.5-3.5 usd per day. Is this an issue with the market or is it my hardware?

Also sorry it this is a noob question, because I'm a noob.
