[Question] What are your experiences with Skype lessons?

I'm interested in starting Skype lessons, however I'm interested as to how people feel about them. Specifically:

• Are they better than just online lessons?
• How does the tutor feedback compare to actual face to face tuition?
• Is it easy enough to set up? (e.g. Any tips for being heard properly via webcam?)

Also, does anybody know any good UK based Skype tutors?
