Keto for cognitive performance, worth trying?
I am generally healthy and fit but for some reason, I feel like my cognitive abilities are very inconsistent. Sometimes I can think very clearly (around 15% of time), other times (quite often) I feel a bit slow and have trouble resolving simple problems.
I'm considering to try keto for cognitive enhancement. Is it worth trying or are the cognitive improvements just anecdotal? I am already eating paleo as much as I can and my carb intake is already low.
Are there many people who got noticeable cognitive improvements after being keto adapted and who are not doing keto for weight loss?
