Anyone else see ICG jump up 30% today?

I'm new to investing but I didnt think many companies shot up this quickly in a day. Albeit it's only at $.50 so I'm sure it will come back down but with legal cannabis on the rise I think this one will be a good one to stick with in the long run. Am I being too naive here?
