handling awkward pauses between meets

Alot of women are busy around my city. They either work on 2 shifts or some other bullshit. So lets say I get some vibe on tinder to meet etc... but shes busy for whole week and it kinda feels awkward to ask her again... especially when you feel you just repeat almost identical scenario. Especially for the third time and it feels miserable and making you feel like a douche that waits in the line rather than asking out casually. So is there a way to make some good comeback after week?

This problem also applies when girl stalls because she goes vor a week vacation... feels like she won't be talking much on social media or on the phone and always something tells me she will likely forget about me after that week- so if such contact breaks its time to dump the contact or even dump her if its a relationship?
