Test to see if LiHMDS is still good?

Hey everyone! I've been trying to run a reaction for a week now and every time it hasn't preceded and I just get starting material. I was wondering if anyone knew any ways to see if LiHMDS is still good. I don't think it is, the lab has had it since 2014 and when I went to use it, it was in the cabinet not even parafilmed. Just want to know in case I need to redesign my synthesis! Thank you!!
