Creating an Online Dictionary

First of all, I'm a totally beginner at coding, so I came here to ask some questions.

Can I use a CMS to build an online dictionary? What's the best option there? I use mainly Wordpress to build websites, but for a dictionary, I couldn't get a decent result.

Is there a CMS that is more suitable to what I'm asking? Like Wiktionary, for example.

Thanks in advance!
