Punisher Max Fans

Someone who has read a lot or all of the Punisher Comics might be able to help me, I recall reading a comic on Imgur where the Punisher was being help captive in a barn, tied up. The gang is weighing its options on what to do with him, sell him or kill him, and this teenager/young adult who was with the bad guys the entire time, doesn't like what they decide, and at the last second he frees the punisher who kills all the whole gang, then the teen/young male who freed the punisher thought because he did one good deed the punisher would go easy on him, but the punisher puts his shotgun up to the guys face and blows his head off anyway, even after freeing him, and I was completely shocked, That was the defining moment for me to know to what extent the Punisher held to his beliefs, that a short life of crime wasnt absolved for one good deed, even for saving Franks own life, he still killed this guy. I cant remember for the life of me what volume it was, and some of those details where a little foggy, I would love to re read the whole thing, but I cant remember the name, Anyone can clue me in on what Vol it was?
