Custom laptop minus cam and microphone for security.

The boss wants a new laptop, strictly for work and personal use - no gaming - but he wants no cam or mike. (for security purposes).

I suggested a custom-built, but it seems like most custom-built laptops are real high-speed, exotic gaming computers. Thoughts or suggestions?
