I wasted the 3 free raid pass the last 3 days for nothing

All time I go play a Raid I use the daily free pass and wait the 90 seconds (the most time alone cause nobody come to my zone to do raids) when the countdown reaches 0 the enemy pokémon does the animation of roar and the "GO" splash forever in the screen.... 10 seconds later an Error message come to me and I go back to the gym screen. I have tried like 5 times to play again (cause if you use a pass and the error shows you can try another time more. I don't know if you lose to that pokémon can try again) All time I try to battle the error message back me to the gym screen. At this time I couldn't play any raid, I've got the same result.

Is someone in the same situation as me?
