SMOK Alien 220w "No Coil"

As the title suggests, I recently picked up a SMOK Alien 220w and it has been working flawlessly until I needed to swap tanks. Ever since then I am met with the "No Coil" error message despite trying multiple tanks/coils. Been searching all morning for a solution but I have yet to find one that works for me. Any help would be much appreciated as I am about to count my losses and just pitch this thing in the dumpster.
