need your help

hi. can someone explain how tf u hold a pen like this :https://puu.sh/7Go8J.jpg ( hand needs to be on table ). I cant hold it like that. I hold it like this: http://imgur.com/a/p7PIM ( note that my hand in not on table , its like in air) while holding like it i feel more control over my aim , but sometimes my aim slips (like im having tablet or pen nib covered in oil and it slips , if u know what i mean..) Is there anything that can help me with it so i can play normally and dont tilt every 5 seconds? thanks
