[Landlord, US-Ca] Only getting about one inquiry a day, am I doing something wrong?

Landlord

I just finished remodeling a very nice two bedroom/two bath condo in a high end area (Larkspur, ca - 15 mins outside of SF). I listed it on Craig's list, Zillow, and Cozy at $3,800. The modest amount of feedback I've gotten has all confirmed that the unit is very nice, the rent is reasonable, and the ad looks good, but I'm only getting about one inquiry a day and have only shown it once in the week it's been up now. Mean while, there is a new complex down the street with hundreds of comparable units at slightly higher rents, and they are nearly all rented now - granted development has been going on at that place for over three years now, but still.

Everyone told me I'd have no problems getting this place rented, and I expected to have multiple people each day at least asking about it or wanting to see it - is there a different way I should be marketing a high end condo? Should I just be patient? I really don't want to lower the rent more, because I already feel it's at a very fair price for the area, the level of the remodel, it's a waterfront property, etc.
