Mining on Digital ocean - existing Droplet

Before I give this a go, I wanted to see if anyone had any experience of this:

I already have a Droplet (VPS) which stays at ~3% CPU running an OwnCloud instance and tiny website. Seeing as I'm paying for it anyway, it seems to make sense to utilise the rest of the CPU power for mining.

Any downsides to this? Any issues with mining using a VPS?
