Steam refund : Do my playtime on some family-shared game i just bought counts toward the 2-hours deadline.

Hey everyone.

I've just bought XCOM 2. I just want to be sure i can run it on my current computer.

I've already played it on a friend's account via family sharing and have 96 minutes of play-time.

Now my question is : does those 96 minutes counts towards the 2 hour limit for refunding ?
