Moving to Knox Vegas and wondering what my best option is for cable internet.

Doesn't have to be cable but all I'm interested in is Internet service that's consistent without a bunch of billing nonsense. WOW! looks cheap but the reviews are terrible. I'll be in the 37917 zip code if that helps.
