With PlayStation DLC contract ending with Sony after COD:WW2, when the next 3arc game comes out will Xbox get the DLC first?

I have a PS4 and enjoy getting DLC early and it seems like it would somewhat suck to be an Xbox player because the DLC one month delayed.
