Cisco Wireless oddity

So I have been thrown in to looking after the WIFI at my work after a weird issue where a user reports that their WIFI dies until they change SSIDs. My boss has charged me with finding the root of the issue but I do not know much about the WLCs and as such even google has not help me find any logs. Any advice on where to look to see if an SSID is failing?
