Rainy day activities in town (not booze)

Hi all, Somewhat familiar with Burlington, but I realized that most of what I like is outdoors, so I'm looking for any Burlington-specific or unique indoor things to do aside from breweries and wineries (got those covered!).

Probably will put the Ben & Jerrys tour on the list; the museums in town don't really do it for me; would prefer to stay away from children.

Anything hidden or cool I should put on the list, or should I just park it in a brewery and wait for the rain to go away?
