Budgeting - Wanting to upload/import bank statement and get spending habits, do not want to provide banking login/pw to 3rd party

Im trying to find a solution that will allow me to upload/import my bank statements and then graph and categorize my spending habits automatically. I know that Mint.com does this and I saw some other services online, but are there any solutions out there where I do not have to give them my login and password to my banking sites? Ideally, id like to download my statements from my banks and then import them to a local program that can categorize the data.

Any program/services in particular ya'll can recommend that do not require my banking login and password? Would prefer a free program... if possible.
