Can any of you use touch with your Cintiq Pro 13 or 16 on another monitor?

I cannot use it. It's totally messed up. It does some weird dragging and you have to guess the position of everything. It's unusable. I want to know if it's like this for everyone. The pen doesn't work most of the time either on this mode because it won't let me turn off touch.
