Use makeup and cameras won't matter

Using makeup you can hit your dream store without getting caught, lookup skin darkening tutorials online and you can go from white to black or vice Versa or Tan to white etc etc

Edit - This is assuming you or someone you know is skilled with makeup. If done correctly it's not obvious my ex used makeup to change skin color dramatically
