Local data center ping is higher than usual. Please help

Typically if I press start and view my data center ping I see values between 15ms-25ms. For the past month my local ping has been stuck at 56ms (wus). I've reset my Xbox as well as my router and modem. I also have my ports forwarded to my Xbox and have open NAT.

If I solo que casual I end up with around 90 ping instead of my usual 50. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!
