Idea: 2018 Election stump sheet website

I've made websites before and am currently going through a course to learn how to use a new tool (Rails) and I thought what better way to apply my knowledge than to make a great resource for stumping? (And I also love Trump ofc)

There's two ways to go about this:

• A static website with pages for each person up for election, people could submit pull requests on Github to add content to each page.
• A RESTful website where users can submit links to good resources that can be posted on each page, and then voted on by quality. (Like Reddit, but will won't go down over time)

Both sites would have categories on each page for videos, articles, and memes.

Please leave any ideas in the comments. Going to decide if I want to do this based on the support.
